High pressure(normal pressure, low pressure) blind valve

The use of blind valve pressure is mainly affected by the strength of the valve body and sealing structure, including high pressure blind valve, normal pressure blind valve, low pressure blind valve.

First of all, the strength of the blind valve body:
The material, structure and manufacturing process of the valve body will affect its strength, which in turn determines the pressure of the blind valve. Generally speaking, the cast steel valve body is suitable for medium and high pressure pipeline system because of its high strength, while the stainless steel valve body is suitable for medium and low pressure pipeline system.

Next is the sealing structure of the blind valve:
Different sealing structures have different pressure resistance. For example, the rubber seal is suitable for low-pressure pipeline system, the use of pressure is usually not more than 6MPa; while the metal hard seal is suitable for high-pressure pipeline system, the use of pressure can be as high as 10MPa or more.

Applicable under different pressure levels
Blind valve pressure level is based on the use of pressure to divide, usually divided into low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure three levels. Specifically, the use of low-pressure blind valve pressure is generally not more than 6MPa, applicable to city gas, water supply and drainage and other low-pressure piping systems, such as the common F43X-6 type blind valve. Medium pressure blind valve using pressure range between 6MPa to 6MPa, applicable to petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and other industries in the medium pressure piping system, such as F43X-0 type blind valve. While the use pressure of high pressure blind valve is more than 6MPa, it is suitable for high pressure pipeline system in electric power, petrochemical and other industries, such as F43X-5 type blind valve.
