The operation principle of blind valves

The most common function of all the types of blind valve is to restrict the material flow in the pipe they are attached to, by using actuator and switchable blind piece. Blind valve is installed in pipeline for permanently and they quickly interchange between closed position and open position.
These valves have locking mechanism which are used to tighten or loosen the blind and it have a safety feature which restrict actuation in every position. They are simple in design but get complex when provided with safety measures and size is increased.

Blind valve has three driving devices, including two manual clamping or loosening devices, one for the gate opening or closing of the electric device, in the opening or closing of the gate, first loosen the two manual devices, and then start the electric device, in order to achieve the purpose of the gate opening or closing (special attention: the two manual devices are not loosened, shall not be opened to the electric device), the gate opening or closing is completed, then the two manual devices will clamping After the gate is opened or closed, the two manual devices will be clamped again, and the pipeline will be able to work.

Specifically: the blind valve consists of left and right valve body, expansion mechanism, fan-shaped valve plate and drive the valve plate electric actuator Ⅰ and clamping, loosening the electric actuator Ⅱ composition.
